Used Cars Burlington is a referral and lead-generation site. We are not a used-car dealership and we do not sell, finance, or deliver vehicles. The Site connects visitors with a vetted third-party used-car and financing partner who handles the actual sale, financing, delivery, and any guarantees described on the Site.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate, but vehicle inventory, pricing, financing terms, delivery windows, and the 7-day / 500 km return guarantee are governed by our partner's policies, which may change. Final terms are confirmed in writing between you and our partner before any sale.
Approval for financing is at the sole discretion of our partner. References on the Site to "approved with any credit," "no credit check required to talk," "guaranteed approval," or similar mean that our partner does not use a bank-style credit-score gate; they do not guarantee that every applicant will receive an offer. Some applicants may not qualify based on income, residency status, or other factors.
Used vehicles are sold by our partner with the warranty disclosures, Carfax history, and 7-day / 500 km return policy described in the partner's purchase paperwork. Any verbal description on the Site is for general illustration; the binding terms are in the partner's signed paperwork.
By submitting your phone number or email, you consent to our partner contacting you by phone, text, or email about your inquiry. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, clicking unsubscribe in an email, or telling the partner on a call.
Used Cars Burlington is not responsible for the conduct of our partner, the condition of any vehicle, the terms of any financing, or any disputes between you and our partner. Your remedy for any vehicle-related issue is with our partner directly. Used Cars Burlington's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to CAD $100.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Ontario.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates acceptance.
